FCC: The Plan for Broadband in Rural America
Late last week, the Federal Communications Commission released its plan for broadband in rural America. In the more than 80-page report, Connected Nation’s research was cited to help explain why broadband is necessary for economic development, why demand stimulation programs are needed, the adoption rates of minority groups and how vital public-private partnerships are already helping to expand broadband to rural areas.
